Zucchini chips

 

Ingredients:

 

    - 1 big zucchini
   
- ¾ tablespoon of grapeseed oil 
   
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
   
- Salt and fresh grounded pepper

 

Way to prepare:

 

Slice zucchini into thin slices. Then mix with oil and vinegar. Place slices on the baking trey separate. Then sprinkle the salt and pepper. Bake for two hour at 200ºF. After one hour turn the slices on the other side.
