Vegetable stock
(pork, chicken)

 

Ingredients:

 

    - 8 cups of water
   
- 1 carrot
   
- 1 onion
   
- 1 parsley root
   
- ¼ celery root
   
- 1 small leek
   
- 1-2 bay leaves
   
- 3-4 whole allspices
   
- ½ teaspoon salt

 

Optional:
   
- 2-4 pork ribs or small pieces of smoke bacon
   
- 1 chicken thigh or small chicken but you need double water

      and vegetable

 

Way to prepare:

 

Wash and peel vegetables. Put into cooking pot all vegetables, meat and spices and salt. Bring to boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Then strain the vegetables and meat and the stock is ready.
