- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Way to prepare:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Drain, rinse and dry chickpeas on paper towels. Combine olive oil and spices in a bowl. Add chickpeas and toss until evenly coated. Spread chickpeas evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake for 25 -30 minutes until golden and crispy.
