- 2lb sauerkraut
- 2 cups water
- 3oz dry mushroom
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Way to prepare:
Put the cabbage into pot and add two cups of water and cook until tender. In another small pot, cook the mushrooms in a small amount of water until tender. Cut the mushrooms in nice slices and add them and water to the cabbage. In a frying pan melt the butter and add nicely chopped onion and cook until nice golden color. Add the fried onion to the the main pot with cabbage. Bring everything to boil.
