Roasted white fish with oregano
- 2lb cod or other white fish
- 1 branch of fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped flat leaf parley
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 2 green bell pepper
- 1 lemon
- Salt, fresh black pepper
Way to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Wash cod and sprinkle with salt and black pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Rub cod with mustard. Between pieces of fish put the chopped parsley, oregano and slices of green bell peppers. Put everything into the baking dish and butter fish. Bake until fish has golden color.
