- 1 cup of traditional rolled oats
- 1 big banana
- ½ cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 2 tablespoon of dark cacao
- 2 tablespoon orange zest (one tablespoon goes inside and one is
to sprinkle on the top)
- Pinch of salt
Way to prepare:
Mix all the ingredients together. Warm up oven for 350ºF. Pour the mix into forms and bake for 35-40 minutes. The cupcake should be dense and crunchy on the top.
