Hi, I Am
Health and wellness have always been an important part of me. As far back as I can remember, I paid close attention to what I was eating and how I felt afterwards. Throughout most of my life, this approach worked well for me.
But by 2016, I had started gaining weight regardless of what or how much I ate. This worrying trend led me to study more about different foods and their influences on the body. I read many new findings, one of which showed that, for example, some food can cause inflammation which can eventually lead to the diseases.
These learnings led me to start experimenting with myself. First, I started leaving out particular foods to discover how I felt and their impact on my weight. By 2017, I felt better and started to give some hints to friends and family.
Today, I have lost more than 30 pounds and feel much better. In 2018, I began my training to be a professional health coach, because I wanted to share my knowledge about and passion for eating the right foods and to help support people to make good choices for improving their health and wellness.
