Knowledge is Power - learn the right foods and why. Be fully conscious about what you are eating and how it influences your body. I will provide you information about the healthiest food on the planet so you will be able to make the right choices. We will talk about meal portion, proportion of different groups of food on your plate (whole grain, protein, fats…) and many related topics. Additionally you will get simple recipes that will make your meals colorful and tasty and give you joyfulness.

If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not for you.
My approach is to evaluate the whole picture of you as a person and a client. This will require an examination of many things – your diet, your job, your relationships, your physical activity and others. The fact that you are seeking health coaching shows already that you are motivated to improve your health, and I know people make good decisions for themselves. I am not here to make those decisions for you; I am here to provide you information, instruction and support to broaden the good choices that you can then make for yourself.

Flush out the bad stuff - Quench your appetite with healthy foods to suppress your desire for unhealthy food. By eating more healthy food, you won’t be missing your favorite foods. Actually, there won’t be much space in your stomach after you introduce the greater quantities of healthier food. These changes could be a little difficult at the beginning, but I will be supporting you in your journey for a healthier life.

Master the whole picture - Very often we are forgetting about the other aspects of our life which nourish us and make our life satisfy and healthy. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and spiritual awareness are very important parts of our daily diet. I will support you in achieving your goals from making healthy choices by eating the right food for your body to living a happy and fulfilling life.
